Northpoint Association 

Northpoint is a lovely Outer Banks community of wholly-owned and co-owned homes located in the northern part of the Town of Duck. Stretching from the Currituck Sound to the Atlantic, Northpoint offers a pool complex featuring a 50x20 heated glass-enclosed swimming pool and separate men's and women's changing facilities. Northpoint also offers two tennis courts, picnic tables, a basketball goal, and a 100' pier on the Currituck Sound. Be sure to take in the amazing sunsets from the end of the pier!
